Everyone has their own issues - the chances of your issues looking the same as someone else’s are small, and we need you to remember that when you feel like you’re getting things wrong. Chances are you’re not, you’re just on a different path, with your own set of things to work through. Find Healthier Alternatives We’re going to start by recommending that you try to find some healthier alternatives to the issues that you’ve currently got in your life, where possible. For example, if you’re someone who smokes all of the time, you’re doing some bad damage to your body that will eventually become irreversible if you don’t stop now. But, if you’re not quite ready to give it up, or you’ve tried and you haven’t managed, you could consider vaping as an alternative, at least for a while. The vape juice used isn’t as harmful as tobacco, and therefore it’s a slightly healthier alternative - it’s a start. If you try to do this with other problems you have in your life, you should see an improvement. It won’t be perfect yet, but we’re not striving for perfection. Work On Your Lifestyle Another thing that you should be doing is working on your lifestyle overall, as this will impact how you feel about yourself. If you’re not exercising, if you’re not eating a balanced diet, this is going to cause you more problems than you can imagine. We bet that you might not have known that this could be contributing to how you feel about yourself either. The time for change is now, and even though it might be hard, it’s worth it. You need to take this one step at a time though, as if you try to do too much, that’s where you’re going to struggle and not be able to make sustainable changes. Cut Off Toxic Relationships Finally, you should consider cutting off toxic relationships because they are simply not good for you, and there are no two ways about this. You should be thinking about who brings good to your life, and who is constantly putting you down. You should be thinking about who makes you feel happy, and who doesn’t. If you search for toxic traits, and it describes a person in your life, they need to go. We know that this isn’t easy, but it’s necessary for your life to progress.
