Embracing Your Mom Bod

3/25/2016

When you grow a human in your belly, things change. Some things are temporary and some are permanent. From stretch marks to hair loss, many women struggle with low self-esteem over their new "mom bod," and this saddens me greatly.

To me, each tiger stripe is a reminder of your most wonderful accomplishment. That remaining "baby bump" brought life and completed your family. So, acknowledge your imperfections, stay fit and eat mindfully, but embrace your mom bod for what it is: beautiful, strong, loving, and amazingly awesome!!

With the help of a few mom friends, I've put together the following video to encourage moms to love themselves and their bodies. I hope you'll help the #MyMomBodIs movement by commenting below and sharing this blog post and video! Thank you!!

How Losing My Crypto Wallet Access Cost Me Half a Million Dollars — and How I Recovered It

I was among the early adopters of cryptocurrency. I took the time to educate myself, learned the strategies behind crypto trading and investment, and built a strong portfolio through careful planning and experience. Over time, my digital assets grew to a value of over $500,000.
Toward the end of 2025, everything changed. I lost access to my crypto wallet, and with it, my entire portfolio. In a moment, years of effort disappeared, leaving me devastated and uncertain about the future.
What felt like a crushing misfortune, however, became a turning point. Through persistence and the right support, I was able to recover my stolen assets with the help of Morphohack Cyber Service, a reputable cryptocurrency recovery firm. Their expertise and professionalism were instrumental in tracing and recovering my funds from the hackers responsible.
I strongly recommend Morphohack Cyber Service to anyone facing a similar situation. They helped me reclaim what I thought was permanently lost, and they can help others recover their digital assets as well. Reach them via E-Mail: [email protected]

Praise be to the incredible Lord Meduza, I've never seen or heard of his lottery spell failing, not even once, and that includes my own experience. Every day, I feel renewed blessings after connecting with the Great Lord Meduza who gifted me my winning six-digit lottery numbers that won me $740,000,000 million dollars by using his magical skills to foresee the outcome. I'm a dad of four, and it's been a few years since I lost my wife to cancer; I miss her terribly. To wrap things up, I really want to thank Great Meduza for being so good at what he does.
