Poiēma Pocket Pack Essential Oils Review + Giveaway

Essential oils are all the rage these days, but I have to admit I've never tried them before... until now that is! I'd been sitting on the sidelines with all kinds of FOMO but I finally am in the game y'all! What are essential oils??

Here is the basic way Poiēma recommends using their Pocket Pack vials for inhalation: roll on palm, rub pals together, cup hands over face and inhale:
