Both packages are great. In package A, the nursing dress sounds great. I've opted out of wearing a dress on many occasions because they just weren't nursing friendly. In package B, the Co-z Convertible diaper bag/sling is so practical. Being able to wear my baby and not have to lug around the diaper bag too we could go shopping and I'd only need that one bag (I would put my essentials in there too).
